Anil C Kilachand
Chairman Anil C Kilachand
is the Chairman of STIACK Engineering Pvt. Ltd.
Most recently, Mr.Kilachand was the Managing Director
of D-M-E Company India Pvt. Ltd. His experience
in the Tooling Industry encompasses 29 years;
of this he has been associated with D-M-E for
the last 24 years. He commands tremendous goodwill
in the market and his reputation and network of
clients is unmatched.
He is one of the founding members
of The Tool & Gauge Manufacturers Association
(TAGMA) and was also the President of TAGMA for
5 years from 1992-97 Kilachand was also the President
of The Federation of Asian Die & Mould Associations
(FADMA) till April 2006 He was first elected unanimously
to this position in the year 2000 for a 3 year
term, and subsequently re-elected in 2002 and
2004 As a result of his position in FADMA he was
also on the Board of Directors of The International
Special Tooling & Machining Associations (ISTMA).
Tushar Kilachand
Director
Tushar Kilachand is currently a
Director at STIACK Engineering Private Ltd. Prior
to this, he was a Vice President at Sandler O'Neill
& Partners, New York; an investment bank focused
on servicing the financial sector. At Sandler
O'Neill, Mr.Kilachand had the opportunity to work
on numerous complex M&A and capital market
transactions for banks, asset managers and insurance
companies In addition to transaction execution
responsibilities, he was expected to identify
and develop new client relationships to originate
revenue producing transactions.
Prior to Sandler O'Neill, he was
an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse
First Boston, New York. At CSFB, his experience
encompassed extensive financial modeling and valuations,
due diligence and presentations to CEOs of prominent
financial institutions.
Mr. Kilachand holds a BBA in Finance
and Accounting from the University of Michigan
Business School, USA and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
Anup Somani
Chief Operating Officer
Most recently, Anup M Somani
was working with D-M-E Company India Pvt. Ltd. as
General Manager (Operations & Finance) and Company
Secretary He has 11 years plus post qualification
experience in the areas of Finance, Operations,
Accounting, Management Accounting, MIS, Compliance's,
Secretarial practices. His experience in the Tooling
Industry encompasses 6 years during which he has
been associated with D-M-E India.
Tamal Kumar Kar
Sales Manager
Most recently, Tamal Kumar Kar was
working with D-M-E Company India Pvt Ltd, as a
senior sales engineer heading the Northern Region.
Prior to this, Kar was a shift engineer with Nilkamal
Crates and Bins (A Nilkamal Group of Companies)
at Silvassa. In addition to press tools and plastic
mould components, Mr.Kar has substantial experience
working with Hot Runner Systems. |
